What can I do with PrivMX Software under the Free License?
You can use PrivMX Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This includes:
• Creating software solutions for private use
like coding your own chat app for encrypted communication with your Family & Friends, used only within your private circle.
• Testing and exploring PrivMX Software's functionality
like using PrivMX Platform within your private coding projects, untill you decide to make them public for commercial use or use it in professional context. As soon as the scope of your actions changes, you are obliged to switch to the commercial license.
• Modifying the source code of PrivMX Software for your own needs, but without making the modifications public.
You can also use multiple PrivMX Solutions at a time, but in each case you must comply with the PrivMX Free License terms.
What can I not do with PrivMX Software under the Free License?
The following activities are not permitted:
• Using PrivMX Software for any for-profit purposes
that is, for example, building an app using PrivMX Platfrom and offering it to any 3rd parties for commercial or public use.
• Using it for organizational purposes
like building an app for your internal team communication or customer relations at work and using it within your workplace or any other professional context.
• Renting, publishing or redistributing PrivMX Software or its source code
that is, acting as an unauthorized reseller or affiliate partner of PrivMX (Simplito), offering the product to other users for commercial purposes.

that is, for example, publishing links to your apps you have developed using PrivMX.
